Trinity Assisted Living

Trinity Care Services
At Trinity Homes, we acknowledge that every individual requires different levels of care at varying points of their lives. We are dedicated in providing specialized care specifically tailored to each resident’s unique needs throughout the aging experience.
The basic services include but are not limited to housing and nutritional meals, help with the activities of daily living, personal care like bathing, dressing, eating, walking, physical transfer, assisting with medications, social activities, arrange for health care services and provide for transportation to health care services.
Trinity Caregivers
Caregivers are available 24 hours per day, providing services in a secured, comfortable environment. At Trinity we offer Programs and Activities that allow residents to find joy, purpose, and a connection in their everyday lives.
Trinity Caregivers, as we call “friends”, find a distinct connection with each resident that helps build relationships between the two, providing continuity and structure throughout the day.
Residents benefit from health care services delivered in a satisfying, comfortable environment that encourages individuality, independence, and social interaction. Caring associates are there 24 hours a day to assist with the activities of daily living.
Trinity Caregiver Training
Our Team Members must complete 18 to 24 hours of on-the-job training before they are assigned to a shift. Our Team Members annually complete 12 hours of in-service education which includes certifications for Assisted Living. Trainings focus on the most current and relevant information regarding geriatric care including nutrition, exercise, and assisting with medications.
